Shipping Policy
We deliver nationwide across South Africa. Door-to-door deliveries typically arrive within 1–3 working days, depending on your location.
Standard Door-to-Door Delivery
Shipping costs range between R75.00 and R250.00 for orders under R800.00.
Orders of R800.00 or more qualify for FREE delivery to most major centres in South Africa.
Please note: Free delivery applies to orders up to a maximum weight of 5kg. Orders exceeding 5kg will incur standard shipping charges.
Certain remote or difficult-to-access locations may incur an additional courier surcharge. Should this apply to your order, we will contact you to discuss available options before dispatch.
Please note that deliveries to some business addresses (such as hospitals, mines, prisons, etc.) may attract a surcharge due to additional access requirements. The same may apply to areas classified by couriers as high-risk zones. We will always communicate any additional charges in advance.
Overnight Delivery (South Africa)
We offer overnight shipping at a rate of:
- R165.00 for addresses within Johannesburg
- R199.00 for all other provinces
Overnight delivery is available on business days only (Monday to Friday) and excludes weekends. Orders placed outside of business hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–4pm) will be processed on the next working day.
Important Information
- Customers are responsible for any additional surcharges applied by the courier for outlying areas, farms or other special delivery zones.
- While we strive to meet our 1–3 working day delivery timeframe, delays may occur due to geographic location (rural or high-risk areas), courier operational challenges, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience should this happen.
- For shipment updates or missed delivery attempts, please use your tracking number to contact the courier directly.
- If you would prefer an alternative shipping method, please get in touch with us and we will gladly explore suitable arrangements.
- Customers are more than welcome to collect from our premises.
